Ken Save is a service provider that enables users to download content from third-party platforms. We do not host, store, or control the content that users download. All content is provided by third-party platforms.
3. User Responsibility
For personal use only. Users are responsible for the content they download. Users must ensure they have the right to download any content.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your contact information
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
